I have lived both healthy and un healthy. I am much better and happier when I am living healthy. Taking a look at what I eat, exercise, chemicals used and vitamins I use.
I love to cook. I have seen that cooking healthy not only is better for me, but is cheaper than not eating healthy. It takes just a little more planning and prep work, but it makes me feel better and it will help you too. Recipes will be included.
I always thought exercise was hard and unnecessary. How wrong was I? Extremely. I had to find a fun exercise. That will all be discussed too.
Chemicals are in everything! I found ways to reduce the chemicals in my life. I will discuss ways to carry that out.
Vitamins and supplements are necessary. I will discuss what each one is good for and what they are needed.
This is my first post and there are many more to come.
